Charlotte’s path wasn’t as direct as Nick’s. Graduating from Bucks New Uni with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Public Relations and Marketing Comms in 2010, Charlotte went straight into working for a PR agency. After a year was up she decided the world of marketing and advertising wasn’t for her and her new direction followed the technology route. PR’s loss was AV’s gain! Charlotte’s role is far more than that of an Customer Experience Manager. Her day to day activities revolve around making sure our partners get what they need, when they need it. Whether it’s making sure the Administration team are supplying our partners with their delivery notes or discussing large scale upcoming projects with new customers, you know Charlotte will be in the thick of it all.
