Visualization is a fast growing AV resource partner, specialising in rack build & installation and we're always on the look out for professional AV wire persons and installers to join our friendly team.

Our biggest asset as a company is our passion and commitment to training and our ability to take individuals with little to no experience and tailor their training to become professional AV wire persons and installers.

We are looking for Audio Visual Trainees to join our training programme based in Maidenhead. Although transferable experience is preferred, it is not essential. We are looking for a focused and driven individuals to join our team that have a passion for audio visual technology, and are keen to learn.
During training the role will initially be based at the workshop consisting of wiring equipment racks for AV systems but you will also work at client sites when you are confident enough in the skills you have learnt.

We regularly work in various sectors of the AV industry in the UK and around Europe where many of our employees undertaking installations for our clients. All travel expenses and covered and abroad bonuses are offered.

As well as traveling, you also have the chance to develop experience in a growing industry where technology is changing daily. Our employees are supported with internal and external training as their career path progresses.
